This year’s Festa del Cactus decided to give hospitality to a very special group: ASAC – Amics dels Cactus i Altres Suculentes, the Barcelona-based association that has been bringing together cactus and succulent enthusiasts in Catalonia and throughout Spain for years.
ASAC is not just an association: it is a big family of people united by the same passion, who love to share experiences, knowledge and, of course, plants. They organize exhibitions, exchanges, trips and many opportunities to meet, always with the spirit of creating community and spreading enthusiasm.
Their presence at the Festa del Cactus means more relationships, more exchanges, and more international friendships. This year, in fact, we will also experience a special moment: the president of ASAC and AIAS (Italian Succulent Plant Lovers Association) will meet to sign an agreement of shared purpose, which will initiate new collaborations between the two associations.
A step that strengthens international ties and paves the way for joint projects that benefit all enthusiasts.
