Festa del Cactus welcomes its first exhibitor from Austria, a country with a long tradition in succulent collecting and study with the GÖK Association (Gesellschaft Österreichischer Kakteenfreunde) founded in 1930.
In the purest style of that country, Johann Strobl prepares his plants with extreme care and provided with labels bearing detailed information. In Bologna he will present, among other things, a selection of plants originating from a variety of natural populations of the species Thelocactus hexaedrophorus.
