Plantula

Plantula was the brainchild of Alessandra and Domenico in 2002. A passion for the plant world led Alessandra, who graduated first in herbal medicine and then in natural sciences in Modena, with Domenico, an agrotechnician and still an irrigation system installer, to believe in this project. Ours is an “unconventional” nursery, constantly evolving/revolving, where you will find unusual plants. Our “hunger” and curiosity for plants leads us to research and desire to try new essences, adaptable to the area in which we live. Most of our production is done by planting and vegetative propagation, cultivating with natural methods without the use of pesticides. Here you will find a selection of medicinal, dyeing, aromatic, and edible, as well as herbaceous perennials, ground cover or solitary giants, for shade or full sun, with emphasis on plant aesthetics, not only during flowering. To end with aquatic and marshy, native and allochthonous hardy, for all types of basins. We are available for landscaping or technical advice. You can find us at the nursery, by appointment, or at the events in which we participate.
