Iam Czech and live in Dvůr Králové nad Labem 100 km from Prague. In general I deal with Euphorbia, Pachypodium, Dorstenia, Boswellia and Hoya, but my real passion is the succulent flora of the Arabian Peninsula. I love Yemen, Socotra, Oman. I love plants and the people around them….

I cannot boast botanical studies on my resume; in fact, I used to be a simple electrician. I have been growing succulents for 26 years, when I started collecting them. For 15 years this has been my job.
