Festa del Cactus takes place on 18, 19 and 20 September 2026 at Grand Tour Italia, Via Paolo Canali 8, Bologna. On the “Where” page you’ll find up-to-date directions for reaching the event.

Opening hours and the programme of talks, meetings, workshops and presentations are published on the website and updated right up to the event.

Tickets are available on site at the event entrance and online, with an additional €1 booking fee that includes priority access. Purchase options are listed on the website home page. Please always check the latest information before your visit.

The event spaces are designed to accommodate visitors with different needs. If you have specific requirements, please describe them in the form at the bottom of the page.

Pets are admitted in accordance with the host venue’s policies and any organizational guidelines for the event. Before your visit, please check the website for the latest updates.

The event offers ample free parking, with spaces reserved for people with disabilities, pregnant women, and electric vehicles, which are equipped with charging stations.

The event venue has food and beverage stands and restroom facilities for the public that will be open throughout the duration of the event.

The event takes place indoors, so it will be held even in case of bad weather.

Participation is open to nurseries, growers, artisans, associations and organisations whose work is consistent with the botanical and cultural identity of the event. Applications are reviewed by the organisers.

Each exhibitor is responsible for the provenance, correct identification and documentation of the plants they offer, as well as compliance with any special regulations applying to them, including CITES.

Schedules, access points, unloading of materials, and setup procedures will be communicated directly to confirmed exhibitors. Organizational guidelines must be followed to ensure safety and smooth operations.

Each participant is responsible for their own products, the equipment they use, and the proper management of their assigned space. The booth must be kept clean, safe, and accessible.

MEDIA & COLLABORATIONS

Press and collaborations

Press accreditation, interviews, media materials, filming, partnerships and editorial or institutional proposals.

Please provide the publication or media outlet, your role, contact details and the type of coverage planned. The organisers will reply with access details and any practical instructions.

Media materials can be requested through the form. Please specify where they will be published and the format you need.

Photography and filming for professional, editorial or commercial use must be agreed with the organisers. Visitors, exhibitors and any stated restrictions must always be respected.
