Stella Lane

M y pieces arise from my personal quest for beauty, infusing my perception and my feelings into the material itself.
I seek to recreate the authentic beauty of nature and those details we encounter every day, but which we don’t always notice or find awe-inspiring.
Working with ceramics allows me to give concrete form to that constant and restless search for order and balance that defines me, to bring out and shape that inner part of myself that I cannot express with simple words, through geometries, edges, and symmetries.
