Esoticando is a company that draws on the experience gained through years of collecting by Elisabetta Famà, who has been joined by her son Alessio, who has been able to transform so much passion into a modern and established nursery business.

Esoticando was founded in 2005 in Nizza di Sicilia on Sicily’s Ionian coast, about 20 km north of Taormina; the beachfront location allows the view to sweep from Calabria to Mount Etna.

The company is involved in the production (from its own mother plants) of a wide assortment of succulents and cacti, directing its work toward an increasing specialization aimed at collecting. Very favorable Sicilian weather conditions give an extra boost to the enthusiasm of the enterprise.

Alessio’s goal is to make more and more people love those wonderful creatures that succulents are; a goal pursued also through the creation of an online store with numerous photos that are constantly being updated.
